There are two ways to get ActiveDataInfo - as a simple monthly subscription to a 'Sequendo' account or as an installation on your own or on your ISP's web server.
'Sequendo' account
Everything is included, we set the system up for you and supply you with a unique, secure web address to access it. The system can be branded with your own company logo if you wish, like the demo system. You'll have ongoing email-based support and a basic company website will be set up if you want one (subsequent updates and changes at additional cost). You'll be invoiced monthly - customers without a UK bank account or who wish to pay by credit card or in a currency other than UK pounds will need to pay via PayPal. Setup is a one-off £50, the first month is free then it's just a flat-rate £40 per month - you can cancel anytime without notice. There is no vat payable at the present time.
Own-server installation
If you have your own web hosting account on your own equipment or at an ISP, your web server may be technically capable of also delivering the ActiveDataInfo service alongside your website. ActiveDataInfo requires one free MySQL5 database and PHP5 capability, with an SSL certificate for the ActiveDataInfo folder if you require an https 'padlock' login. If it meets these requirements, we can install an ActiveDataInfo system on your server for a one-off fee of £150. It can be branded with your own company logo if you like. You can buy an optional ongoing email-based support package for £37.50 per month or buy support as required at £25 per hour, or of course fix issues yourself. We will install and support the package remotely, so will require you to provide us with an FTP account and MySQL/phpMyAdmin details to access your server. Customers without a UK bank account or who wish to pay by credit card or in a currency other than UK pounds will need to pay via PayPal. There is no vat payable at the present time.
